Their instructors have had extensive first aid experience in NSW schools, including the delivery of the annual mandatory anaphylaxis update.

Its owner Rachael Pandeli  has a son who is living with anaphylaxis. She has been a nurse for 16 years and holds a postgraduate qualification in allergy nursing and has been working for NSW Health as an accredited Anaphylaxis Educator on the NSW Anaphylaxis Training Program.  
 
As well as being able to provide Anaphylaxis and educational services for groups, Anaphylaxis and Allergy Consultancy Services offers a consultancy service which will be of additonal assistance.  
 
 
Directions Health First Aid Training
 
Directions HealthDirections Health, as part of their First Aid Course, trains all participants in the use of an Epip-pen and anaphylaxis awareness.  They also offer a short 4 hour certificate (Unit of Competency 21659VIC-which includes VBP434 and VPAU320) course informing parents and teachers of the causes, risks and consequences associated with anaphylaxis, how to minimise and manage risk, signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, administration of an epi-pen and the roles and responsibilities of individuals in responding to allergic reactions and anaphylaxis.
